Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to understand project requirements, define test objectives, and create test plans and test cases.
- Execute test cases, logging and analyzing of the results for each test case.
- Identify, report and document defects from the testing to track for closure.
- Continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- Function as a key point of contact for escalation on system issues reported and perform second level investigation.
Skills/Requirement
- A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Top 3 mandatory skills:
- Experience with UAT, digital product management is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow test plans and scripts, and good management skills.
